For nearly 18 years Tal has worked as a California litigator, practicing in both state and federal court. She has extensive experience handling a wide range of business and real estate disputes, but her true passion lies in the field of employment law. Tal specializes in guiding employers as they navigate California’s cumbersome and ever-evolving legal and regulatory landscape.
Tal understands the unique challenges employers face in managing a dynamic workforce. In addition to offering practical advice on day-to-day workplace issues, she works with her clients on risk avoidance, from employee onboarding through separation. Her litigation background affords her a helpful perspective, enabling her to anticipate and resolve issues efficiently so that her clients can direct their precious resources toward achieving their business goals. Tal also keeps a watchful eye on the latest employment law trends so that her clients receive the most relevant workplace guidance.
Tal is a Los Angeles native. She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring different cuisines, and managing her local online book exchange. She is fluent in Hebrew.
